Delete your account

In the app

Open Home-Keeper and go to Settings.
Under Your data, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. If you own the household, your home, tasks, appliances, photos, receipts and pros are deleted too, and anyone you invited loses access. If you joined someone else's household, only your account is deleted. Want a copy first? Use Readable copy (PDF) or Full data file (JSON) under Your data on the same screen.

Without the app

Email support@gethome-keeper.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on our website. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google; cancel those in your phone's subscription settings.
